Eclipse Season is a Time of Transformation and New Beginnings

What if the universe had a way of pressing reset on your life, clearing out what no longer serves you and
opening doors, you never expected?

Eclipse season is that cosmic reset. It’s a time when fate takes the wheel, and whether you feel ready or not,
you’re nudged toward transformation.

Eclipses have long been seen as portals of change, accelerating shifts that might have otherwise taken months
or years to unfold. These celestial events act like a spotlight, revealing hidden truths and bringing to
light what we may have ignored. They mark the beginning and end of life chapters,
often in ways we don’t fully understand until later.

During my Soul Gardening class, I shared how eclipse season is a time of deep transformation and soul realignment. When the Sun transits the Nodes of Fate, determined by the Moon’s path, you enter a period where the energy around you  intensifies, pressuring you toward change, whether you feel ready or not.  It’s as if the universe is tapping you on the shoulder, urging you to pay attention to what needs shifting in your life.

The Nodes of Fate act like a bar magnet, with energy pulling you toward one side, the North Node, and pushing away from the other, the South Node. The North Node in your natal chart represents where your soul wants to grow and evolve in this lifetime, while the South Node symbolizes your comfort zone, carrying the wisdom and karma from past lifetimes.

It can be tempting to stay in the familiar energy of the South Node, but true growth lies in stepping toward the unknown. The more you align with our North Node, the more you feed yourself spiritually and fulfill your soul’s purpose. In the Vedic tradition, it is said,  “we nourish ourselves through the North Node and give back through the South Node.” It’s a beautiful reminder that personal growth allows you to better serve others.

On March 14, 2025, there is a total Lunar Eclipse, a Full Moon, where the Sun and Moon align on the Nodes of Fate. Lunar Eclipses are emotionally charged, revealing what needs to be released. Eclipses can bring undesired or sudden losses. In addition, they often bring sudden insights, unexpected changes, and opportunities to shed old patterns.

During this time, you may feel a strong urge to change something in your life, whether it’s a relationship, a job, or a personal habit. While this can feel unsettling, Eclipses are here to guide you into new beginnings and align you
with your Soul Path.

Eclipses illuminate what we need to see.

The best way to work with this energy is to embrace it rather than resist it.
Here are some tips to navigate this cycle:

Breathe through it

Resistance creates more suffering, so do your breathwork and allow the energy to flow.

Stay grounded

With strong Pisces and Neptunian energy present, there can be a tendency towards escapism and addictions. Stick to your healthy daily routines (Virgo energy is your anchor!).

Engage your senses

If emotions become intense, work with color, texture, smell, taste, and music to help process your feelings.

Journal or create art

This can be a powerful way to move through any challenging emotions.

Follow the energy

Be present and grounded in yourself. Allow yourself to feel what you are feeling and be guided to the changes and new opportunities being presented at this time.

Eclipse season is a time of profound attunement.
The universe is always sending you messages, but during this time, they become more obvious.
Take a moment to
observe, reflect, and integrate what comes up.

Remember, eclipses are not here to harm you.
They are cosmic resets, aligning you with your Soul Path.
Trust, stay open, and know that you are always being guided toward greater wisdom and growth.
